Bring SoulPaws® to your team!
Employees, particularly in hybrid and remote environments, are increasingly grappling with a profound sense of isolation and disconnection. This lack of genuine relationship-building often reduces collaboration to mere transactional exchanges, eroding trust and a sense of belonging. Compounding are the feelings of stress and burnout, which leaves team members "mentally elsewhere" and unable to access the focus or creativity needed for high-level problem-solving. Ultimately, the relentless grind of deadlines leads to a loss of perspective, where teams overlook their own resilience and fail to recognize the small wins and moments of joy that sustain long-term morale.

At SoulPaws, we've customized workplace wellness sessions to address these concerns by unleashing the healing power of the human-animal connection.
What Happens During
Your SoulPaws Session
Broadcast live from Frosted Faces Foundation, a senior dog sanctuary in Southern California, your team will experience our evidence-informed Calm → Connect → Heal framework, adapted from Dr. Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model.

CALM: Regulation & Grounding (15-20 minutes)
Guided mindfulness meditation led by Founder Shannon Kopp helps participants regulate their nervous systems and move out of fight-or-flight mode through:

-
Visual connection with calm, peaceful senior dogs in their sanctuary environment naturally reduces cortisol and activates relaxation
-
Grounding exercises create a felt sense of safety in the body, allowing participants to access clearer thinking and better decision-making

CONNECT: Building Trust & Belonging (20-25 minutes)
During the connection segment, your team can build trust and belong through:

-
Structured sharing opportunities in small breakout groups create psychological safety
-
Participants can bring their own pets on camera (optional) and share stories, creating authentic moments of connection
-
Witnessing the senior dogs together provides a shared emotional experience that bonds team members
-
Facilitated discussion helps teams reflect on what connection means and how to cultivate it in their work

HEAL: Perspective & Renewal (20-30 minutes)
This segment centers on one senior rescue dog's inspiring story and connects it to a workplace-relevant theme. We'll work with you to select the theme that best fits your team's needs:

-
Finding Joy in the Little Things: Participants reflect on small moments of joy they overlook and identify one "small joy" to notice each day
-
Second Chances: Teams explore how second chances apply to their work: recovering from setbacks, trying again after failure, embracing new beginnings
-
Compassion: Participants examine self-compassion during stress and extending empathy and grace to colleagues, with an actionable commitment for the week ahead
-
Gratitude: Guided gratitude practices help shift perspective from scarcity to abundance, with interactive exercises and sharing
