What if the most powerful part of your self-care came with a wagging tail?
SoulPaws brings the healing power of animals directly to you: live, on screen, every session. We're currently planning a special healing circle for August to help LGBTQIA+ individuals build tools for mental well-being, stress relief and self-compassion. Real rescue dogs from a senior dog sanctuary join each gathering live on camera, and if you have a pet at home, you can bring them into the experience.
Research shows that the human-animal bond has a profound effect on the nervous system, lowering stress hormones, calming the body, and opening the heart. We've built an entire program around that science.
Each session is free, led by a therapist, and built for real life. Drop in when you can, from anywhere.
